Are inspections and estimates free?

Yes. Safe Guard offers free inspections and estimates. Our service call minimum is $125 if treatment is performed.
Do you treat subterranean termites?

Yes. Subterranean termites are the species we see in Ohio. We provide full inspections, targeted treatments, and prevention plans.
Do you treat bed bugs?

Yes. Safe Guard treats bed bugs using chemical treatment. Pricing depends on the size of the home and severity of the infestation.
Do you handle rodents and wildlife?

Yes. We handle mice, voles, squirrels, raccoons, and skunks. Animal trapping is $200 to set the trap plus $200 per animal removed, monitored daily.
Do you offer WDO real estate inspections?

Yes. Safe Guard performs Wood Destroying Organism inspections for real estate transactions throughout the Miami Valley.
How much does exterior service cost?

Exterior Spring and Fall Service starts at $140 and includes a 4-month warranty. If pests return between visits, so do we, at no extra charge.
How much is flea treatment?

Flea treatments start at $150 and up, depending on the size of the home and level of infestation.
Do you serve commercial properties?

Yes. Safe Guard services residential homes, commercial properties, and apartment complexes. Our commercial partners include Properties at Wright Field Base Housing, Miller Valentine Group, and Sexton Companies.
